Hi,

Actually you need to create a shared profile by connection, to do so click
on + in the the left side of a connection name, then on new profile share,
give it a name and check read- only if needed.
You need to grant users access to the shared profile the same way you do it
for a connection.

When a user connects to a connection that has a shared profile and he has
access to it,  when he clicks on ctrl+alt+shift, he will see the share menu.
