You should follow the instructions on the Guacamole manual, here's for the
local install:
https://guacamole.apache.org/doc/gug/installing-guacamole.html

You may want to use a container.
For the local installation you have to either create a local connections
configuration file or use the database option.
It is properly documented on the manual mentioned earlier.
