Has anyone had any success with putting Guacamole behind Entra ID

I installed Guacamole using this script both trying with NGINX and without.
GitHub - itiligent/Easy-Guacamole-Installer: Automated install of
Gucamole with options for HTTPS reverse proxy, Active Directory
integration, MFA, LetsEncrypt, dark theme, MySQL backup, email alerts &

Local access to Guacamole works well, but when trying to put Entra ID
Application Proxy into the mix the RDP connections time out.
This sounds like the proxy is buffering communication between Guacamole
and the browser, causing things to time out. Are there options in Entra
regarding buffering and/or support for WebSocket?
For a proxy to work with Guacamole, it needs to *not* buffer any data,
but rather just send everything as soon as its received.
