I am trying to get Topaz signature working with guacamole/rdp/windows server.
I have two different Topaz models that so far don't work: a T-S460-HSB-R and a T-2460-HSX-R. Local desktop is Windows, RDP desktop is Windows Server. SigPlus installer runs on both with DemoOCX installed. guacamole-properties enable-usb-redirection: true is on. I have it running locally with DemoOCX working locally. I try DemoOCX remotely on Windows server and I get: --------------------------- SigPlus --------------------------- No HSB pad found and open BSB pad on COM9 failed --------------------------- OK ---------------------------
