Hello,
The "connection refused" error means means guacd (guacamole-server) is
not listening on 192.168.1.41:4822.
I don't know if you can compile guacd on Windows, however you can easily
install it in WSL.
You can install it with these documentations:
- Build guacamole from sources:

I have created the files: guacamole.properties, guacd.conf.
guacamole.properties
guacd-hostname: 192.168.1.41
guacd-port: 4822
guacd.conf

It didn't help. There were solutions for Linux on the forums. Maybe the
problem is in the WARN message, or it's not suitable for Windows, or I
don't understand something.
