No, there's no difference in dependency requirements for building
against different versions of FreeRDP.
You mention published RDP apps ... Is the issue you're encountering
specific to RemoteApp? Do you encounter the same trouble for RDP
connections via Guacamole and FreeRDP 3.x when RemoteApp is not in use?
