Hello. I’m dealing with a situation where sound from guacamole doesn’t work on the RDP clients. Everything connects just fine, but no audio plays. It doesn’t matter whether the client is Windows, Linux, or Mac - if we connect using Guacamole, the sound doesn’t work at all. When we connect to the VM using an actual RDP client, everything works just fine. We’re running the newest 1.6.0, and the VMs are running on OpenShift.
Guacamole was built from source on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9.6, and there were no build warnings or errors. Any ideas about what might be causing this behavior? Thanks!
