The "cursor", "mouse", and "sync" instructions do not relate to whether the user can type in input fields presented to the user, and the "required" instruction is expected to be sent at any time, so this is likely a red herring. None of these instructions are being sent prematurely in the cases shown, as there isn't any required ordering for when these are sent nor any assumption that they will be received in any particular order. The screenshots provided show a heavily modified version of Guacamole's UI, and those modifications could easily be the source of the problem. Can you retest with unmodified Guacamole?
