I can't seem to get remote audio working with Guacamole 1.6.0 as the client and gnome-remote-desktop 46 (46.3-0ubuntu1.2 to be precise) as the server. Audio does work when I use the freerdp client (v3.22.0).
guacd logs: WARNING: SVC "rdpdr" could not be opened: CHANNEL_RC_ALREADY_OPEN (error 14) WARNING: SVC "rdpsnd" could not be opened: CHANNEL_RC_ALREADY_OPEN (error 14) INFO: Accepted format: 16-bit PCM with 2 channels at 44100 Hz gnome-remote-desktop-daemon logs mirror this, complaining that the SVC fallback has failed: Feb 17 22:46:38 rdp24 gnome-remote-de[2758]: [RDP.AUDIO_PLAYBACK] Failed to open AUDIO_PLAYBACK_DVC channel (CreationStatus -1073741823). Trying SVC fallback Feb 17 22:46:38 rdp24 gnome-remote-de[2758]: [RDP.AUDIO_PLAYBACK] Client protocol version (6) too old. Terminating protocol My guess is upgrading guacd to use freerdp v3 would fix it, but I'm curious if anyone knows a different fix. Thanks, Weston
