I'm willing to give that a shot and see if that helps me reproduce it. What steps do you take to enable and disable FIPS? It isn't something I've ever had to deal with, so not familiar territory for me. If you have any runbooks/documentation for setting up a RHEL system from scratch in your environment, as well as your Ansible playbook you mentioned for standing up Guacamole, I'm happy to take those, too, if you're willing to share them.
