I am adding the user mailing list, as this might be of interest to
others.
There are a few minor changes left to make before the PR is ready (see
list in the client's PR as well as the comments).
I am working on this feature in my free time and I am not sure I can
make progress in the short term, but I hope to be finished for version
1.7.0.
If you've had a chance to test it, please don't hesitate to let me know
about any issues in the PR!
