guacd crashing when printing large output on stdout from SSH connection

Hi team,

Thanks for the Guacamole project. It is great and useful. I am trying to
implement it for my personal use. I am facing issue with SSH connection
when trying to print or execute command with large output. SSH connection
crashes. I have raised a ticket for this - https://issues.apache.org/
jira/browse/GUACAMOLE-86. I am using 0.9.9 release.
