Hi Jan SFTP is between the Guacamole server and the remote desktop server. For the end-user all they do is drag & drop files into the web browser, or click and browse with the Ctrl + Shift + Tab (or swipe left).
If the remote desktop server is Windows you may be able to use RDPDR for file transfer only and continue VNC for the screen connection, but you'll need help on this thread on how to do this. cheers Shanon *Shanon Loughton* phone +61 (0) 412 584 142 email [email protected] web *www.cloudmine.net.au <http://www.cloudmine.net.au>*skype cgltower twitter @cloudmine_shan,@minefromwhereva On Tue, Oct 25, 2016 at 11:35 PM, Jan Fogl <[email protected]> wrote: > Hi all, > > I am doing POC of migration from ultraVNC java applet to guacamole HTML5. > Everything went well until I started research file transfer possibilities. > > In our old solution we are using file transferring provided by ultraVNC > which is based on the RFB protocol. > > I found the Guacamole provides also way how to share files over the VNC > but it is based on the SFTP.
