I am able to access hosts via fqdn:

http://guachost/guacamole/#/client/<fqdn>

Although this works, I am now running in to issues where it won't work twice
on the same local machine.  I think this is due to tokens or the random user
it generates.  If I log out and then retry, it works fine.
