HI Isaac, In my point of view you have nothing special to configure in Guacamole. The setting is, indeed, in Windows side. As far as I know, from W2012 R2, RDS is disconnecting the last session if a new session with the same user comes up. I know this behaviour can be disabled but I don't know where in RDS...
