Please be more detailed in your description of the issue, including: - Version of Guacamole, and how you're installing it (Docker, native install, etc.)? - Client platform/browser, version/edition of Windows? - What have you tried to do to debug it? - Are there any relevant errors in the guacd log (syslog) that point to the issue? -Nick
