Hi, This is a *not-for*-*profit *mailing list. You might want to describe more precisly what are your questions. You have a problem (medical diagnosis) and you choose a technical solution for it Hadoop.
Readers of your post have : * no idea whether Hadoop is suited for your problem (What is the size of the data you want to use?) * no idea what kind of query you want to do on it (ie is MapReduce suited for your project?) * no idea what kind of help your are asking for If you add more details, you will likely get more answers.
