Please see yarn-default.xml for the list of options you can tweak: http://hadoop.apache.org/docs/current/hadoop-yarn/hadoop-yarn-common/yarn-default.xml. The port 8080 is not used by NM by default in the current versions, but you can probably find and tweak the right config.
