Yes its possible.
1. Of course, You need to set different ports for different cluster.
2. You need to have different ENV variables set while starting each
cluster.
ENV variables need to be set differently are
HADOOP_HOME, YARN_HOME, HADOOP_CONF_DIR, HADOOP_PID_DIR, YARN_CONF_DIR,
YARN_PID_DIR
3. And start both clusters with different ENV variables set

Would it be possible to install two version of Hadoop on the same cluster?and
running at the same time?
I have installed CDH4 on my cluster,but for the test requirements we need
hadoop v0.20.2 with starfish at the same time
Is there any solution for my situation?
