The change seemed and still seems simpele enough; so I went ahead and created a

I’ve read through 
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/HADOOP/How+To+Contribute. I think 
most is covered, but, I don’t have an issue yet. Should I create a new one? Or 
should I reference YARN-2084?
