Sorry for the inconvenience Charles. The text on the releases.html page now says:
"Releases may be downloaded from Apache mirrors: Download. Older releases can be gotten here: Download." The second 'Download' link actually has the 0.20.4 release. I was thinking there'd be newer software available by now but its not the case. Let me change the text.
