Thanks Don, Thanks all... The problem was because of overloaded master..
i had really small machines. One machine (2GB ram) which was both hadoop master, hadoop slave and a region server.. another machine (2gb ram again) as hbase master, hadoop slave, and a region server, and another 3 machines which are hadoop slaves and region servers... i took the slave/regionserver responsibility from first two machines, and every thing worked properly. Even for BIG volumes of data insert..
