Can hbase 0.90.2 work with CDH3B4 hadoop

I've tried using the new hbase 0.90.2 on our hadoop cluster setup with
CDH3B4.
I have replaced the hadoop jar file under hbase-0.90.2/lib by the CDH3B4
one.
It works well, at the begining. But sooner or later, some of regionserver
would
shutdown itself due to deadnode info. I'm trying digging into the issue, but
just want to know if anyone has similar experience?
