Getting onto the issue, can you tell me if you can telnet into the web port of 
HDFS web UI from one of your client nodes?

$ telnet bldfsmstr0.infinitecampus.com 50070

Also, when you say it doesn't load, do you mean there's no connection made or 
do you see a HTTP error?
