Get is finally changed to a Scan, too.

We use 0.92.1 before, now we upgraded 0.94. They said 0.94 has a big
performace improve. Just to the upgrade, the only thing should be noticed
is we add a new jar(protobuf-java-2.4.0a.jar) to the client, and If you
made some custom Comparator extends WritableBytesArrayComparable, it has a
little change on method compareTo.
