Hello Hima, HBase 0.98.x can only be compiled against Hadoop 2 and I see that you are considering to use Hadoop 1 for one of your components, I'd suggest you bump the version of Hadoop at least to 2.2 or something newer. Also the integration of the components you mention require modification to the dependencies in many places (pom files mostly) and usually that has many caveats in order to make them work correctly. My recommendation for you is to look into the Apache Bigtop project http://bigtop.apache.org/ as starting point in order to build multiple components from the Hadoop ecosystem in a way that will work together.
