Guys, I need to upgrade HBase from .94 to .98 in next couple hours. However, major compaction running now and I can not predict when it will be completed.
Is there any problem may happen if I just stop HBase now and perform upgrade? Or it is necessary to complete compaction first? Thank you! Leonid Fedotov
