Looking at the usage of the second configureIncrementalLoad() in Import and
ImportTsv, e.g., regionLocator is obtained from connection:
RegionLocator regionLocator = conn.getRegionLocator(tableName)){
...
HFileOutputFormat2.configureIncrementalLoad(job,
table.getTableDescriptor(), regionLocator);
