Stack- yes I did regenerate 0.94 pb classes using protoc 2.5.0 using the cmd:
protoc -Isrc/main/protobuf --java_out=src/main/java src/main/protobuf/ErrorHandling.proto protoc -Isrc/main/protobuf --java_out=src/main/java src/main/protobuf/hbase.proto Actually I followed the instructions on HBASE-11076.
