Hello everyone! I need your expertise. I am currently doing integration tests with HBase and I am using HBaseTestingUtility. But the startup of the mini cluster is very slow (it takes about 300 seconds).
I just do: HBaseTestingUtility hbaseUtil = new HBaseTestingUtility(); MiniHBaseCluster cluster = hbaseUtil.startMiniCluster(1); Do you think it is normal behaviour. Maybe I am doing something wrong? Maybe you know any way to make it faster? Kind regards, Kirill Yankov.
