Something else that could be interesting is showing how to helixify a system 
from start to finish. Maybe something like the rabbitmq recipe. I think we've 
given a lot of talks now that just introduce Helix, and it would be cool to 
spend some time to actually do a long hands-on ("bring your laptop") talk.
