Thanks for guidance.
I am building hive for the aforementioned versions of HBase and Hadoop,but
the build process fails with the following error
/home/hadoop/hive/build.xml:196: The following error occurred while
executing this line:
/home/hadoop/hive/build.xml:130: The following error occurred while
executing this line:
/home/hadoop/hive/shims/build.xml:62: The following error occurred while
executing this line:
/home/hadoop/hive/build-common.xml:206: impossible to resolve dependencies:
resolve failed - see output for details
before build process I have changed hive/build.properties file as given
under
#hadoop.version=0.20.1
hadoop.version=0.20.2
and similarly I changed hive/ivy/libraries.properties file as under
#hbase.version=0.89.0-SNAPSHOT
#hbase-test.version=0.89.0-SNAPSHOT
hbase.version=0.90.3
hbase-test.version=0.90.3
