Hive on Tez vs LLAP Count difference

Hi.

So we encountered this issue where counts on transactional tables are
sometimes different between Hive on Tez vs LLAP.
We're using Hive 3.1.0 BTW, maybe there's already a fix for this or a
workaround. Thanks in advance.
