I can confirm this is in the classpath of both the running nodes and the Hadoop submission. Running version 1.4.0. As noted the hdfs part is up and running fine, were able to interact with this seemingly just fine using normal hdfs commands, this issue seems to be when trying to submit mr jobs. Any other ideas what to check or to change to get a better idea what could be up?
