I misunderstood and thought that "Off Heap memory" is same thing as "file swap space" and swapping is just a flag enabling swapping of recently accesses object back to heap from disk. That's why i used word Off Heap Disk Space. I now understand that Off Heap memory is still in RAM and Swap space is out of RAM generally a disk location.
