Hi Vaibhav, No, your understanding is incorrect. Near cache is a small local cache that is usually created on client node and is used to save entries that are most frequently accessed by this client. It can be created for both partitioned and replicated cache.
H2 engine is used internally on server nodes as a helper to execute SQL queries. It's actually optional and has nothing to do with the key-value storage itself.
