If release vote will be successful then ignite-1.6 will be released next week. If not then it may take some time to fix issues and re-vote.
Documentation may be added later, but for now you may use unofficial docs from ignite-cassandra module contributor see https://github.com/irudyak/ignite/wiki Also, you may use latest nightly build and do not wait for release. https://ignite.apache.org/community/contribute.html#nightly-builds Hope this help.
