To consistently execute a transaction you have to acquire locks on all the
participating keys and have a coordinator that knows whether all the locks
are successfully acquired or not. If if it's possible to implement semantics
you're describing, it will not come for free and will produce significant
overhead. I'm pretty sure that this overhead will be much bigger than
executing an SQL query to fetch required keys.
