Hi, Abhishek Jain. Actually schema utility loads jdbc driver jar via class loader. And in this case I think license file is not loaded. I will take a look (on Monday) at couchbase if it has trial version.
Meanwhile could you try to put license file inside jdbc driver jar (it is a zip archive actually) and try again?
