Thank you for your interest people, it got resolved. the issue was there was no stack memory available for the JVM to run for that we need to pass an extra argument "-Xss2m" to JVM then it will work.... but still it not clear for why that happened, the only changes that was applied was increase in the RAM of the VM from 2GB to 6GB......
