Hello!
Please try notifying Ignite about your types so that you can use them
immediately (without putting to cache first):
ignite.GetBinary().GetBinaryType(typeof(TestEntityKey));
ignite.GetBinary().GetBinaryType(typeof(TestEntity));
that before your Console.WriteLine() line.
