I believe there is a detail about our setup that might be important: we start
multiple (12) Ignite server pods via k8s Deployment, by default k8s
deployment starts pods in parallel to each other.

I've read somewhere and heard Denis Magda saying

that starting Ignite nodes in parallel is a bad idea as it might cause
cluster segmentation.

I don't however see that being mentioned nor some special rollingupdate
configuration being applied in the official docs and Ignite + k8s examples:
