Hello! In general, databases do not provide push-based APIs to notify you about changes (Ignite being an exception here with its Continuous Queries).
So the answer is "no" in general. It is not implemented and it's not obvious how it could be. There are third party solutions for a limited number of database options, but nothing in Apache Ignite.
