Ideally you should use consistentId instead of NodeID8, which can only be UUID.

How to define customized NodeID8 through API or Spring XML ?  I hope it shows 
my customized name like Hostname instead of UUID.

In Web Console, the cluster name shows a 8-characters UUID, how can we let it 
show as our cluster name defined in spring XML ?
