Hi,
   Looks like node 10.76.236.24 is constantly re-connecting. (see below)
   Leave only one address in the discovery section on both nodes and try to
connect.
   Then add another address discovery address and retry. You will find the
node that is causing the issue.

    Make sure your ports are open and that there is no load-balancing turned
on.
