failureDetectionTimeout Timeout Issues

We have been experiencing timeout lately possibly due to GC (or network) on
our Lynx pods. Our timeouts are at the standard default values
clientFailureDetectionTimeout=30000 and failureDetectionTimeout=10000
Has anyone else had similar issues and can recommend what we should set
these settings to. Thanks in advance
