You should import/ ignite-spring/ maven module onto your classpath, as
described here:  Common Maven Dependencies.
<http://apacheignite.gridgain.org/docs/maven-setup#common-dependencies>  

If starting from command line, you should also make sure that
/ignite-spring/ module is in the libs folder.
