Sunil, this should work for now, but I'm actually going to be
overhauling this repo and the standalone shell in the next few weeks. A
notice will go out to the user list when that occurs.

David Knupp shared a pip-installable impala-shell package:
https://github.com/dknupp/impala-shell
Note the instructions on the page need to be modified (cc David) as
the github link is wrong:
$ virtualenv testpyenv # optional
$ pip install git+git://github.com/dknupp/impala-shell.git
$ sudo pip install git+git://github.com/dknupp/impala-shell.git
$ impala-shell -i my-impala-coordinator
