For future reference - You can also dump syms from Ubuntu *.deb. The path is just slightly more convoluted (or different):
http://archive.cloudera.com/cdh5/ubuntu/ <release-codename>/amd64/cdh/pool/contrib/i/impala/ Download impala-dbg_<version>* for the debug symbols and impala_<version>* for the binary.
