Hi everyone,
I have been researching integration test tools recently and have come across things like Fitnesse, Cucumber and now JBehave. I am very excited about JBehave and the concept of BDD. Is JBehave being actively developed and supported? I have read some conflicting accounts of which is "current best of breed" Cucumber with cuke4duke (very confusing) or JBehave, RSpec etc. I want a Java only tool, not interested in having to learn Ruby/JRuby or Groovy for example. My IDE of choice is Netbeans and today I was able to get the JBehave example of the grid game working. Netbeans has great support for Maven. Does anyone out there have good experience of using JBehave in Netbeans? I would appreciate any tips. Anyone have plans to build integration for Netbeans? I think JBehave is a fantastic tool. The documentation is good but the code examples have no import statements - I spent a while searching the source for the classes with the matchers. Am I wise to pursue use of JBehave? Anyy comments welcome Thanks very much Mark Mark Phipps | Front Office Development Manager Sucden Financial Limited | Plantation Place South | 60 Great Tower Street | London EC3R 5AZ Telephone (DDI): +44 (0)20 3207 5140 | Switchboard: +44 (0)20 3207 5000 | Facsimile: +44 (0)20 3207 5010 Email: [email protected] | Website: www.sucdenfinancial.com Sucden Financial voted 'Best Futures & Options Broker' <http://www.sucdenfinancial.co.uk/html/pressrelease.aspx?articleid=65> . www.sucdenfinancial.com Sucden Financial Limited, Plantation Place South, 60 Great Tower Street, London EC3R 5AZ Telephone +44 203 207 5000 Registered in England no. 1095841 VAT registration no.
